A Little Sweetness, A Few Ground Rules!

Welcome to Wrapped in Candy! Every order is thoughtfully created to make your celebrations a little sweeter. Please review our policies before placing your order.

By purchasing from Wrapped in Candy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the time involved in preparing each order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun.

Refunds are not offered for changes of mind, changes in event plans or failure to collect an order at the agreed-upon time.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at Jenna@wrappedincandy.com. We will review concerns involving incorrect, damaged or defective products and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

2. Custom Orders

We love bringing your sweet ideas to life! Custom orders are created according to your requested colors, themes and preferences.

Candy selections, packaging and decorative details may vary slightly depending on availability. When necessary, we may substitute comparable items while maintaining the overall theme and value of your order.

Once preparation has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

4. Pickup & Local Delivery

Pickup and local delivery are available by arrangement.

Please select your preferred date and time when ordering. We will confirm availability before your order is prepared.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed-upon time.

If you need to change your pickup or delivery arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been successfully delivered or collected, Wrapped in Candy is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage or exposure to heat.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a refund.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat and gluten.

Although dye-free, gluten-free and other special requests may be accommodated, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact.

Customers are responsible for informing us of dietary restrictions before ordering and reviewing ingredient information when appropriate.

6. Product Appearance

Each Wrapped in Candy creation is handmade, making every order unique!

Product photographs are examples of our work. Candy varieties, colors, arrangements and packaging may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions based on product availability.

7. Food Safety & Storage

To maintain freshness and quality, we recommend storing candy products in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat.

Products should be consumed by their indicated expiration dates, where applicable.

Certain candies and skewers may present choking or injury hazards to young children. Adult supervision is recommended.

8. Website & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate.

Wrapped in Candy reserves the right to correct errors, update product information or decline orders when necessary.

If an error affects an order you've already placed, we will contact you to discuss your options.
